Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of BenchEdge. By using BenchEdge, joining the waitlist, or requesting early access, you agree to these Terms.
01 Product Status
BenchEdge is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, device support, benchmark results, and export formats may change as the product develops.
Sample benchmark reports shown on the website are for product preview purposes unless clearly stated otherwise.
02 Use of the Service
You agree to use BenchEdge only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, or third parties. You may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious files or code
- Use BenchEdge to infringe intellectual property rights
- Misrepresent benchmark results as certified unless BenchEdge explicitly provides certification
- Abuse beta access, automation, or infrastructure
03 Model Ownership
You retain ownership of models, files, datasets, and other materials you upload or provide to BenchEdge.
By submitting materials to BenchEdge, you grant us permission to process them only as needed to provide optimization, benchmarking, export, support, and related product functionality.
04 Accuracy and Benchmark Results
BenchEdge aims to provide useful optimization and benchmarking information. However, benchmark results may vary depending on hardware, runtime, input shape, calibration data, framework version, and deployment environment.
We do not guarantee that a model will achieve the same performance in every production environment.
05 Beta Limitations
Because BenchEdge is in beta, the service may be incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate at times. We may add, remove, or change beta features without notice.
06 Pricing
Any pricing shown before public launch is for preview or early-access purposes and may change. Paid plans, billing terms, and refund policies will be provided separately when payments are enabled.
07 Third-Party Tools and Runtimes
BenchEdge may integrate with or export to third-party runtimes, frameworks, or hardware toolchains such as ONNX, TensorRT, TFLite, CoreML, OpenVINO, or device-specific SDKs.
Use of those tools may be subject to their own licenses and terms.
08 No Warranty
BenchEdge is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific use case.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BenchEdge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, models, or business opportunities.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to BenchEdge if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for BenchEdge or other users.
11 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as BenchEdge evolves. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
